Temet
SELF-MASTERY FROM THE INSIDE OUT

You are capable. So why do you still feel stuck?

Temet reads how you are actually wired and where your life has drifted, then turns that into one clear direction.

Opening this week. Free while in early access.

01The real problem

You have a system for everything. Except you.

You patch it. A good weekend, a fresh plan. It holds, briefly. Then the gap reopens. The effort is real, it is just scattered across tools that never knew you.

Siloed

Each tool sees one slice of you.

Disconnected

Reading, journalling and goals never talk.

Generic

Built for everyone, calibrated for no one.

No compounding

You do the work, but none of it stacks.

Sunday-evening dread is not a personality flaw. It is a signal. You have organised everything around you, and left the inside unexamined.
02Who this is for

You have felt this. It never had a name.

This is for you if

  • You are curious, capable, and doing well by most measures.
  • You sense there is more in you than you have reached.
  • You keep meeting the same few patterns, quietly, for years.
  • You want depth and real change, not another streak.

It is not for you if

You want a quick lift, a feed to scroll, or help through a crisis. Temet is not therapy.

The most sophisticated self-sabotage does not look like failure. It looks like progress. Seeing the pattern is how it stops.

03Why this exists

I kept meeting the same pattern. Including in myself.

A decade of building businesses and leading teams, and the same thing kept surfacing: people stuck between thinking, knowing, and doing.

I went looking for why. That search became dissertation research at LSE London, and Triple Harmony came out of it.

I built Temet because nothing like it existed.

04The core framework

Triple Harmony.TM Self, Life, World.

You hold three relationships at once: with yourself, with your life, with the world. When one slips, everything feels it. Temet shows you which.

SelfLifeWorldMindWorkResourcesRelationshipsCommunityHealthGrowthPurpose
Triple Harmony, grounded in LSE London research

Self

How coherent your inner life feels, and whether your days reflect it.

Life

The distance between what you value and how your life is actually built.

World

Your sense of purpose and contribution to something beyond yourself.

A proprietary framework that integrates psychology, philosophy and non-religious spirituality, rather than stacking them.

05How it works

Understanding first. Then action.

Every other tool hands you tasks before it knows you. Temet starts with who you are, and everything after is built on that.

01

Know yourself

Swipe through a set of cards. Get a picture of what drives you, how you think, and where your life has drifted.

02

Find your direction

Your picture shows where your life is most out of alignment. Temet turns the widest gap into one clear focus.

03

Put it to work

Your direction becomes goals, habits and actions shaped around your profile, and tracked in one place.

04

Stay on course

You change, so your picture changes and the path redraws. Over time, it knows you more precisely.

07Trust and privacy, above all

What you share stays yours.

Temet only works if you can be honest with it. So protecting what you share is not a setting. It is the default.

Encryption

AES-256-GCM at rest, a layer beyond standard database encryption, with TLS on every connection.

Access

Row-level security scopes every query to your account. Consent is explicit, never pre-ticked.

Data use

No sale, no ad profiles, no model training. Your content is excluded from provider pipelines.

Deletion

Permanent and irreversible. Personal data is purged, not archived.

08Where this leads

09Questions

Before you begin.

What is Temet?

Temet is a self-mastery platform built on one idea: you cannot act well on a life you have never accurately understood. It builds a clear picture of who you are, works out your direction from where that picture shows you are most out of alignment, and turns it into goals and habits shaped around you. Everything in the product runs off that picture.

How is this different from a habit tracker or a meditation app?

Those tools each see one slice of you, and none of them talk to each other, so you carry the work of joining it all up. Temet runs one profile underneath everything, so what you read, what you write and what you commit to all inform each other, and none of it is chosen from a generic list.

Is this a personality test?

No. A personality test hands you a type and stops there. Temet uses established instruments as inputs, never as labels, so you will not find a four-letter code or a score anywhere in the product. What you get is written as plain observation about you, it carries a confidence level so you know how settled each reading is, and it is expected to change as you do.

What is Triple Harmony?

Triple Harmony is the framework Temet uses to find where your life is out of alignment. It reads three relationships at once: with yourself, with your life, and with the world beyond you. Most people are misaligned on at least one of the three without knowing which. It came out of dissertation research at LSE London.

Is Temet therapy?

No. Therapy works on distress and healing. This works on direction and follow-through: seeing your pattern clearly, then acting from it. It is not designed for people in crisis and it is not a substitute for professional mental-health support.

Is what I write private?

Yes. Journal entries are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, a layer on top of standard database encryption, so the text is unreadable even with direct database access. Every query is scoped to your own account at the database level. Nothing you write is sold, used to build advertising profiles, or used to train AI models, and deletion is permanent rather than archived.

How long does it take to get started?

About 7 minutes for your first reading, which covers what drives you, how you approach the world, and how you are doing right now. Triple Harmony, the reading that shows where your life has drifted, follows when you are ready, along with a separate reading on how you think about your own thinking. Your direction is built once the picture is deep enough to be specific about you.

Is Temet free?

Yes, free while we are in early access. Join during early access and you get full access to everything in the product today and everything added next, with no payment details required to start.

Do I have to use it every day?

No. A few minutes of writing when you need it is enough for the loop to work. Your picture updates as you go, and the product tracks how you have shifted rather than punishing you for the gaps.

Why is it called Temet?

From the Latin temet nosce, meaning know thyself: the maxim inscribed at Delphi. It is the argument in two words. Understanding has to come before action, or the action ends up belonging to someone else's idea of you. Everything here starts with who you are and works outward.

What does the logo mean?

The name Temet is written between two vertical bars: | temet |. The icon is a delta inside the same device: | Δ |. In mathematics, bars are the sign for absolute value: the magnitude of whatever they hold. Delta is the sign for change: the difference between one state and the next. Around the name, they hold a person. A person's potential comes without a scale, so its magnitude cannot be fixed. Around the delta, they hold change itself. How much change is available cannot be bounded. Read together, the mark says one thing: you cannot be measured, and your change cannot be capped.
